Considering breast augmentation? Have you heard about IDEAL IMPLANT® Structured Breast Implants? This new type of breast implant combines all the advantages, without the drawbacks, of both silicone gel and saline implants. With the IDEAL IMPLANT, women now have an option available in a variety of Milwaukee breast implant sizes, that gives the natural feel of silicone gel, with the peace of mind of saline.
The IDEAL IMPLANT Compared to Silicone Gel or Saline
As a board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Paul Loewenstein is part of an exclusive group of surgeons eligible to offer the IDEAL IMPLANT. The IDEAL IMPLANT uses the latest in implant technology to provide women with a breast implant choice unlike any previous implant option. It is made up of a series of implant shells nested together that hold two separate chambers filled with saline.
s a “structured” implant, it addresses the common concerns women worry about with saline implants. The unique design:
- Controls the movement of the saline to mitigate sloshing
- Prevents collapse when the implant is upright
- Reduces wrinkling and rippling to the skin
- Creates a natural feel and realistic look
- Produces projection and volume
Even though the IDEAL IMPLANT is filled with saline, it will not move or behave like a water balloon, due to its advanced internal structure. Dr. Lowenstein states:
“Traditional saline implants haven’t really changed much at all in 30 plus years. The old saline implants were basically a bag of salt water, and they sloshed around like a bag of salt water. Now, once it was in the body, there wasn’t as much of a problem with that, but you could still tell the difference in most patients. The IDEAL IMPLANT is made up of baffled shells nested inside of each other so that the saline doesn’t slosh, it sort of flows more gradually, similar to what a silicone gel-filled implant does. So the big change with saline has been the advance of the IDEAL IMPLANT.”
Below are images of a 29-year-old woman before and eight weeks after placement of the IDEAL IMPLANTS. Receiving 350cc on the left and 365cc on the right, she went from an A cup to a C.
“Silent Rupture” Impacts All Silicone Gel Breast Implant Sizes
If the IDEAL IMPLANT ruptures, the sterile saltwater solution is harmlessly absorb by a woman’s body until the implant is replaced. The saline filler completely eliminates the risk of “silent rupture,” an occurrence that inherently comes with silicone gel implants. While Milwaukee breast implant sizes vary among women that choose silicone gel implants, a “silent rupture” can still occur at any time. This happens when sticky silicone gel begins to leak from a hole or tear in the implant and gets trapped in the surrounding tissues of a woman’s body. Surgery is then required to remove the damaged implant and escaped silicone gel. A physical exam alone cannot detect this type of rupture. All women with silicone gel breast implant sizes in Milwaukee are advised by the FDA to receive an MRI scan three years following their original breast augmentation, and every two years thereafter.
What to Expect from Dr. Paul Loewenstein
With so much information to sort through about breast implant options and Milwaukee breast implant sizes, Dr. Loewenstein makes patient education his first priority. He is dedicated to helping his patients learn about their choices by taking the time to discuss their questions and create customized treatment plans. He advises:
“If you don’t feel comfortable with your plastic surgeon, no matter what their credentials, see someone else! If you don’t feel like you’re communicating on the same page, see someone else! Of course, a woman should seek out a board-certified plastic surgeon, preferably one who does a fair number of breast augmentations in their practice. He or she should have an open approach to different types of implants … Doctors need to be forthright about what each implant can and can’t do for the patient. They should present it in an honest and open fashion. In some cases, if the patient feels like they’re being steered one way they, should say, ‘Is there a reason you’re trying to talk me into this? I came in asking for one implant and you’re trying to talk me into a different implant.’ If you don’t feel comfortable with that situation, get another opinion from another plastic surgeon.”
Choosing Between Milwaukee Breast Implant Sizes
When talking to women about breast augmentation, Dr. Loewenstein understands every woman has different goals they hope to accomplish with varying preferences regarding breast implant sizes in Milwaukee. No matter the differentiations between Milwaukee breast implant sizes, he strives to help women achieve the look they desire. He says:
“In order to ensure a successful operation, patients should have in mind what their goals are. I don’t mind having a patient bring in pictures of other people, of what they think looks good. It may be unrealistic, but at least I can have a visual sense what they’re looking to accomplish. I’m in the Midwest and some women say, ‘I don’t want to look like Dolly Parton. I don’t want to look like a Barbie doll. I just want to restore what was there before I got pregnant and had children.’ While other women have different goals in mind.”
As part of the consultation process, Dr. Loewenstein conducts a thorough exam. He takes measurements of a woman’s chest width and diameter of each breast. He looks at the overall shape of the breasts, whether they are small or large, droopy or perky, or contain uneven amounts of breast tissue. He also confirms skin elasticity to determine how much a patient’s skin will stretch.
Dr. Loewenstein Produces Excellent Results
You can expect meticulous workmanship, careful attention to detail, and an overall positive plastic surgery experience with Dr. Loewenstein. A Google review by Michael Prescott reads:
“I have had Dr. Loewenstein for multiple procedures, and all have worked out wonderfully. Very happy with my results, and couldn’t imagine working with anyone else If I needed plastic surgery in the future. Highly recommend!”
Michele C writes in a Google review:
“My husband and I were blessed to find Dr. Loewenstein after a long hunt for a professional, personable plastic surgeon. He and his nurse, Sandi, make a great team in the office, and the surgical experience took place in a hospital setting which brought us great comfort (all the best controls were already in place to ensure a safe procedure). Dr. Lowenstein is a great listener, meaning that he wants to understand what the patient is looking for and then explain what is doable or not. That sets appropriate expectations, which is key for the patient. He has a calming demeanor, excellent bedside manner and is able to make you feel like you are his only patient, which is certainly not the truth—he’s a busy guy! He is a superb surgeon, but equally important to us, he’s a true artist in his field. The procedures I had produced a natural result, meaning that he took my body shape in account when contouring, etc. I have scheduled my first facial injection with him and completely confident about it given my past experiences with him. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Loewenstein!”
