The three most common types of breast implants are silicone gel, saline, and the IDEAL IMPLANT® Structured Breast Implant. Silicone gel implants look natural but have the risk of silent rupture and the need for regular, costly MRIs. Saline implants don’t require MRIs and any rupture is safe for the body, but they tend to ripple. The IDEAL IMPLANT looks and feels natural without noticeable rippling. It also poses no risk of silent rupture and does not require regular MRIs.
