The IDEAL IMPLANT Offers Beauty Without Compromise

In the past, women considering breast implants had to choose between two options: the peace of mind of saline-filled implants or the more natural look and feel of silicone gel implants. Saline is a harmless salt water solution which the body safely absorbs in instances of rupture.  However, the saline implants may look less natural and cause an undesirable rippling effect. Silicone gel implants have a more natural look and feel, but are subject to “silent rupture.” In instances of rupture, silicone gel is not absorbed into the body and can leak out of the implant coming into contact with surrounding tissue. The silicone gel can stay close to the shell, leaving the patient unaware there is a leak. Because of this, a rupture may not be detected without expensive MRIs, which are typically not covered by insurance.

IDEAL IMPLANT® Structured Breast Implants combine the security of saline within a unique design that has a more natural look and feel. You shouldn’t have to compromise feeling confident and secure to get the look you want.  And now with the IDEAL IMPLANT® Structured Breast Implant you don’t have to choose. To see the actual results that can be achieved with IDEAL IMPLANT, look at the before and after pictures from one of Dr. Horowitz’s patient below.
