Dr. David Creech wants your individual plastic surgery experience to be stress-free and comfortable. If you’re worried about surgery safety or trying to choose between different breast implant sizes, you will be put at ease by Dr. Creech. He offers the latest in plastic surgery technology: IDEAL IMPLANT® Structured Breast Implants.

Distinctive Features of the  IDEAL IMPLANT

The saline in an IDEAL IMPLANT is enclosed within a series of nested shells that help the implant keep its shape and projection. You won’t have to worry about the “rippling” of a traditional saline implant, or stress about your implant having a “silent rupture.” Unlike silicone gel-filled breast implants where you need expensive MRIs to detect a rupture, you can tell the IDEAL IMPLANT is intact by a quick look in the mirror. In a recent survey, 100% of women polled said they would rather have saline in their bodies than silicone gel. The IDEAL IMPLANT offers the safety of saline with peace of mind.

Before and After: Breast Implant Sizes

In the following pictures, you’ll see women varying in age and body type who chose IDEAL IMPLANT® Structured Breast Implants. Since the implants are filled only after they’ve been inserted, women can decide up until the day of surgery what size they feel most comfortable with. For example, in these photos you’ll first see a 20 year old female with IDEAL IMPLANT filled to 335-370 ccs, and then a 31 year old female who chose IDEAL IMPLANT filled to 335-350 ccs.

Though the breast implant sizes are roughly the same, they look different on each woman’s body.

The IDEAL IMPLANT can help correct breast asymmetry also, so sometimes women will have right and left implants of different sizes.

In these photos you’ll see a 32 year old female who chose IDEAL IMPLANT. The right implant was filled to 335 ccs, while the left implant was filled between 300-315 ccs.

Here is another example where two different breast implant sizes were chosen for each side. This 40 year old female had her right implant filled between 405-435 ccs, and the left filled between 405-455 ccs.
