Breast Augmentation Before and After Photos
The images below show two cases. The first two photos are of a breast reconstruction with direct to implant placement at 290cc. The next four photos depict a breast augmentation with 300cc implants filled to 325cc.
These photos are an excellent depiction of what you could expect from your breast implant surgery. Kansas City’s trusted surgeon, Dr. Richard A. Korentager, will take his time to answer any questions and concerns you may have about your surgery. He will help you to decide which implant and size are right for you and your body. With Dr. Korentager, you will be confident as you go into surgery.
What to Expect
The surgery takes one to two hours. General anesthesia is used for the majority of breast augmentation patients. Incisions are made at any of the following locations depending on the goals for surgery and your anatomy: breast crease, armpit or at the edge of the areola. To create a pocket for the implant, the surgeon lifts the breast tissue and skin and then places the implant either above or beneath pectoral muscle, centered just below the nipple. The incisions are then closed, and tape and dressings are applied. You will be pleased with your breast augmentation before and after photos and the difference the IDEAL IMPLANT makes.
